Our own Development portfolio currently consists of two up-market residential projects in Boyana - Sofia, a luxury coastal residential complex in Sozopol on the Black sea a Ski and Spa resort apart hotel in Stoikite - Pamporovo, and two unique luxury all-season Spa and wellness apart-hotel Developments in the Bansko region, combined these equate to circa 45000sq.m. of development area with an exit value of circa 45million and means that Crown has the makings of a serious development and resort management Business.
