I just wanted to give a great thumbs up to Warren of Design 7 Crown Developments
If you want a quality installer, he's your man. He's from London and married to a Bulgarian. He will certainly make you feel like a valued appreciated customer.
I have experienced first class service from him with all arrangements via email, but did meet up with him to inspect the furniture pre-installation (has a showroom in Bansko). All his staff are equally pleasant and helpful.
I originally contacted several suppliers and he was the only one who made the effort to visit the apartment to design an appropriate layout. See their face book page for some pics of what he's done with my apartment:

Warren will take the time to make sure you are happy with your interior design & furnishing needs, and provides a great after-sales service. Through the minefield of corrupt property developers in Bansko, Warren has been someone I could trust to give me the true picture. Someone in Bansko suggested Warren as a possibility and, having been shown an example of his work in another apartment, we decide to ask him to suggest design solutions for ours. We were not disappointed. His overall concept fitted in with our wishes in terms of the use of the space. He then submitted specific ideas about the new kitchen, furniture, carpeting and lighting. He underpinned all of the above by having a new solid wood floor laid.
*One of the delights about the service he offers is that he then arranges the manufacture and installation of what are essentially bespoke pieces of furniture. Some of the design details are great. It was an absolute joy to see the transformation.*
