Upon request, details of each of the available packages can be provided. However, should you request the bespoke services, a customer consultation will be necessary to this end; again please contact our selves to arrange a convenient opportunity to discus your requirements.
The basic provision within each package is fitted kitchen (2.4m long) with fitted larder fridge, 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, recirculation fitted hob fan, wall cupboards, lacquer finish.
Sleeping provision for persons quoted. (double bed; single beds can be provided on request, double sofa bed), double wardrobe to each designated bedroom, coffee table to dining area to complement setting provision, dining table and chairs (1 bed setting 4, 2 bed setting 6, 3 bed setting 6 but with larger table), also included is a basic kitchen and dinning utensil provision, and two sets of designated design bedding plus two Bathroom tile sets.
Costs indicated include supply, delivery and fitting; all and any associated electrical and plumbing works will be carried out by a fully certified tradesman. All project related warrantees will include any works related to the apartment fit-out activities.
