About Crown Developments

Crown Developments has been conceived to source and undertake the development of unique high quality, luxury residential homes, resort apartment hotels and apartment dwellings in Bulgaria.

Established by Warren Mace, an English National and his Bulgarian wife Yana, to capitalise on the investment and development opportunities emerging in Bulgaria, Crown Developments over the last four years has steadily evolved from a regional custom-home provider to a national real estate development company.

Predominantly, Crown Development’s history stems from Warren Mace’s business activities in the UK market and mainland Europe including Spain, France and Holland. However, the business focus is now firmly on Bulgaria, with developments of distinction to be brought to the market in Bansko/Razlog, Plovdiv/The Rhodopes, Sofia, Sozopol and the South Coast Riviera of the Black Sea.

Construction sector growth is expected to be between 12% and 16% year on year until 2010, Obelisk said in a statement.
